The shipyard In Mykolaiv is established. Later the shipyard will be named "Ocean"
1972
One of the largest in Europe dry dock is put into operation
2000
The Ocean shipyard has been privatized. The new owner is Dutch Damen Shipyards Group
2006
The yard is sold to the Aker group, Norway
2008
The yard is sold to FLC West Investment Fund. The Ocean became a part of the Wadan Yards Group AS. Start of decline and bankruptcy of the shipyard

Bankruptcy of PJSC "Mykolaiv Shipyard "Ocean" begins
2018
"Return" of the Ocean shipyard home to Mykolaiv. In December 2018 at the open auctions (provided by the procedure of liquidation of PJSC "Mykolaiv Shipyard "Ocean", the plant was bought by the Mykoliav’s investor
