The yard is sold to the Aker group, Norway

The yard is sold to FLC West Investment Fund. The Ocean became a part of the Wadan Yards Group AS. Start of decline and bankruptcy of the shipyard

Bankruptcy of PJSC Mykolaiv Shipyard Ocean begins
